PAYMENT RULES
1. Fees must be paid on the dates notified from time to time.
2. The names of the students will be struck-off from College Rolls if dues are not paid
with in 15 days of the due date.
3. Re-admission of defaulters will be at the discretion of the Principal and such students
will have to pay re-admission fee of Rs. 5/- besides other dues. Re-admission will be
granted only once a year.
REFUND
No refund of fee is permitted after a candidate is admitted to the College except under
University Rules.
All refunds must be claimed within a year after leaving the College, otherwise caution
money will be forfeited. A deduction will be made from the caution money for any damage
done by the students to the college property or to library books
FEE CONCESSION AND STIPEND
These are awarded to needy and deserving students in the form of tuition fee. The
continuance of a stipend is subject to (a) satisfactory progress in studies and (b)
maintenance of high standard of conduct and behaviour.
Application for fee concession/stipend should be submitted on the prescribed form by 20th
August duly supported by the required documents. Applicants for fee concession and stipend
will have to pay full fee till any fee concession or stipend is granted.
The Govt. of India has decided to sanction the following educational concessions to all
children of Officers and Jawans killed or disabled in action during the Indo-Pak
Hostilities, who are studying or admitted to educational institution under the control of
department of education or financed by department of education.
The concessions are also applicable to children of Officers and Jawans who have been
declared missing for a period of six months or till the date of return of the missing
Officers or the Jawans whichever is earlier. The concession is admissible to children of
War Prisoners on the same term.
Children of the categories mentioned above will be entitled to:
1. Complete exemption from tuition and other fees levied by education institution
concerned.
2. Full cost of books and stationery.
The concessions would be available upto and inclusive of the degree courses.
