General Rules :
1. The competitions / events are open to all the colleges of Delhi University. Students must carry their identity cards and authority letters duly signed by the Principal (Only Participants are allowed).
2. Registration starts ate 9.00 a.m. and close 30 minutes before the event.
3. Slots will be awarded on first-cum-first serve basis.
4. Prizes will be awarded by cheques.
5. The decision of judges for all competitive events will be final and binding
6. For each event one team per college can participate and one supporter shall be allowed with identity card.
7. Participants are required to carry their own audio CD's with only the respective track, own instrument and accompanists.
8. For Kala Kriti, Alpana, Heena & Tattoo making participants should bring their own material and companions.
